Grain of Wheat – John 12: 20-33

This scripture reminds me of the parable of the sower found in the Matthew, Mark and Luke.  When the seeds fell on the good soil they grew and “brought forth grain hundredfold, sixty and some thirty.”  If we are the seeds and we find good soil, what will this mean for us?  According to the scriptures, we should see growth and the harvest.   If we let go and let God do the work in our lives and die to his will, it looks like he is able to use us even more.  Multiplying our efforts and expanding our ability to serve.   Wow.  How can we let go and let God be in control, dying to ourselves and watching new things unfold?   -Pastor Jody
